Great location in Downtown Mexico City. Located on top of a shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Street noise. Windows are not sound proof and even on the 6th floor you can hear the traffic below.

this hotel is so comfortable, has everything in one place, and the staff, like Belen at reception, were pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was varied and had traditional Mexican options. The location, right next to a mall with great restaurant choices and a convenient taxi stand, was excellent.
Lighting on the floors was lacking.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the amenities and services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff made sure to honor the "do not disturb" sign and offered extra towels and soap whenever needed. Thirdly, the location within the mall was incredibly convenient. I loved having a variety of stores and restaurants just an elevator ride away. It made everything very convenient and saved me the trouble of going to another location. Lastly, the breakfast included was a great perk. There were plenty of options to choose from, including typical Mexican food, fruits, and various other items. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a free washer/dryer available. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

The breakfast could be improved by ensuring that the bread basket is refilled and that the jam is always available. Additionally, it would be nice to have real butter as an option.
